Breakfast is served between 8:30AM-10:00AM unless otherwise requested.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
No pets. ADA-compliant service animals are welcome.
Bed Linens and towels are replaced every seven days unless otherwise requested.
Trains
Our inn is located across the street from the historic Alderson Train Depot. The rail line is still operated by Amtrak and the CSX Railroad. Amtrak stops at the train depot 3 days a week. CSX travels through multiple times during the week, both day and night, without a set schedule.
This is just a friendly reminder that during your stay trains may be traveling at inconvenient times and we hope that it does affect your ability to enjoy your stay. We encourage people to enjoy a front-row seat on our porch as the train passes by and its whistle blows!
Payment & Cancelation Policy
50% of total reservation is due at time of booking if reserved more than 14 days from planned stay. The remainder of payment is collected 14 days prior to check-in date.
Cancelations received up to 14 days before your visit are issued with a full refund.
Cancelations received within 14 days of your trip are non-refundable, but a credit for the full amount is issued for future use.
A security deposit of $100 will be authorized for hold one day before check-in and released one day after check-out.
