Q - What is served for breakfast?

A - We have a continually changing breakfast menu during the week, and are happy to accommodate requests when able. Normal breakfast faire will typically include a combination of seasonal fruits, baked goods, eggs, various breakfast meats, toast, yogurt, waffles, pancakes, and an assortment of jams and jellies.

Q - Do you offer vegetarian and/or vegan breakfast options?

A - Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your breakfast preferences.  We ask that you mention any diet restrictions, food aversions, and allergies when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Q - Can I bring my pet?

A - Pets are prohibited at The Alderson Inn.  Special arrangements can be made for ADA-compliant service animals.  

Q - Is your Inn kid/family friendly?

A - Yes! We can accommodate families of all ages and sizes. We also provide a plethora of books, puzzles, and games to keep families occupied while enjoying their stay.  

Q - How many guests can your Inn accommodate?

A - The Alderson Inn has 4 principal guest rooms that sleep a range of 2-4 people per room. Additional rollaway beds that sleep 1, can be provided for a nominal fee. The Inn also offers an "add-on" room called the "Side Car." This room has a full-sized bed, desk, dresser, and seating area. It does not come with access to a private bathroom. Guests that stay in the "Side Car" are assigned to your other reserved room's bathroom. This room is perfect for teenagers or other relatives in your party. If you are interested in adding the "Side Car" to your reservation please let us know at the time of your booking.

Q - Will I be sharing a bathroom with other guests?

A - No. Each room is assigned a private bathroom.  Two of our rooms have attached (en suite) bathrooms.  Our other two rooms have detached bathrooms that are located across the hall from the room. A bathroom is specially assigned to the rented room.  No unrelated guests will have access to your assigned bathroom.  

Q - Do you provide housekeeping during our stay?

A - Yes. Rooms are refreshed daily during 12pm-3pm.  Due to conservation efforts, bed linens are not changed during your stay unless specifically requested.  

Q - What time is check in and check out?

A - Standard check in is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM.

Q - Can I change or cancel my reservation?

A - If you want to modify your reservation, please just reach out to us within 24 hours of your check-in date.  Cancellations must be received at least 14 days before your check-in date to receive a full refund.  Please see our policies page for more information.

Q - Do you offer gift cards?

A- Yes, you can purchase a set dollar amount or a set amount of days for a specific room.  You will be given a unique promo code to give to the recipient.  They will enter that code when booking their reservation.


Q - Do you offer Travel Insurance? 

A- The Alderson Inn does not offer travel insurance for your stay.  However, you're welcome to follow the link below to receive quotes from travel insurance companies who might offer something that fits your needs.
